At Marivelle Courtyards we keep payments simple, secure and made for shoppers across India. This page explains how you can pay for your order and how any refund reaches you.
The Two Ways to Pay
You can pay by UPI or by Cash on Delivery (COD), and nothing else. Both options are offered across all serviceable Indian PIN codes.
Paying by UPI
Paying by UPI takes a moment: approve the request in your UPI app and the order is confirmed at once. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Choosing Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery lets you pay only once the order reaches you. Please have the exact cash ready for our delivery partner to keep things simple at your door.
Methods We Do Not Offer
To keep checkout secure, we do not process cards, net banking or any third-party wallet beyond UPI. If any page or message asks you to pay us another way, please treat it as fraudulent and contact us.
How Refunds Are Returned
Approved refunds are returned to the original UPI account used for payment. For Cash on Delivery orders we arrange a direct bank transfer once you share your account details. Timelines follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
